PreventUEBA is an AI-driven cybersecurity solution that shifts the focus from traditional threat detection to proactive risk prevention. 
 
Unlike conventional User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) solutions, which primarily detect anomalies, PreventUEBA analyzes user behavior patterns to assess exposure to threats and recommend mitigation strategies. 
 
By leveraging machine learning, PreventUEBA builds taxonomies of user behaviors and calculates risk levels, providing cybersecurity teams with strategic insights to reduce attack surfaces. 
 
The system seamlessly integrates with existing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, enhancing their capabilities with predictive analytics.

“Hamrah Keshavarz,” an end-to-end digital platform by Iran’s MCI, integrates agricultural services for farmers and stakeholders. Initially developed to modernize farming, it launched with farm mapping and contract farming to boost sustainability and food security. The platform aids government policymaking and efficient subsidy distribution for seeds/fertilizers, optimizing resource allocation.  
 
Expanding via IoT (soil/water sensors, livestock collars) and MCI’s infrastructure, it enables real-time monitoring of irrigation, soil health, and climate. Services include digital insurance, machinery rentals, and farm management tools. Advanced analytics guide decisions on water use, climate adaptation, and farmer behavior, while drones support precision agriculture.  
 
Positioned at tech-agriculture’s intersection, Hamrah Keshavarz enhances productivity and rural development, addressing immediate needs while future-proofing Iran’s farming sector through innovation and data-driven resilience.

ElIoT: Repsol's Smart Revolution in Service Stations

Abstract

Repsol has a network of 3,350 Service Stations (EES) in Spain. Within this framework, the company launched the digital product ElIoT, creating the first fully connected and intelligent EES through IoT: improving operations, enhancing energy efficiency, and reducing the carbon footprint. All this effort is made with our customers in mind and the social benefits it entails.
Using IoT technology, we have connected the service station equipment (refuelling area, car wash area, shop equipment, photovoltaic installation, and electrical installation), which allows us to extract information to exploit it, making all the elements more efficient and intelligent, improving the customer experience and optimizing asset management, with a special focus on sustainability and reducing maintenance costs.

Revolutionising Industrial Maintenance Through LOCTITE® Pulse IIoT Solutions

Description

The LOCTITE®s LOCTITE Pulse (LP) is a smart solution for radically improving an MRO plant’s reliability and sustainability. Via sensors and an app, it monitors critical equipment and sends instant notifications when irregularities are detected. Manual inspections, downtime, energy costs, labour costs, repair efforts are reduced. Plant safety, productivity, sustainability are increased.

Results

Further to the value-add example above, we are building capacity and extending the LP portfolio from 2 solutions to a full set of static and rotating LP solutions, while further developing the app. The outlook is highly promising due to increasing demand and market growth in IIoT.

Tata Chemicals Limited leverages TCS Digital Twin to drive Carbonation Process Optimization at its Mithapur (India) plant.

Description

IoT-based, AI-driven Digital Twin deployed for carbonation process in Soda Ash manufacturing to reduce process variation & improve conversion efficiency. Solution predicts the conversion efficiency in real time & provides ‘advisories’ on impacting parameters to achieve Golden batch efficiency levels, disciplined adoption to recommended actions resulted in increase in conversion efficiency by 1%.

Results

With 97% adoption levels from team, the change management effected with rigorous Adoption Support from TCS, we achieved more than 1% of efficiency improvement, against the target of 0.5%, resulting in benefit of 1M USD. Efficiency increase leading to 0.5% moisture reduction at Filtration unit; this resulted in significant energy saving of 5 Gcal at dryer section, equaling to 0.15M USD pa.

Dynamic fine-tuning of predictive water chemistry models in 89 desalination plants distributed around the world through IoT devices

Description

ACCIONA success story: “Dynamic fine-tuning of predictive models in 89 desalination plants distributed around the world” with which ACCIONA expects to save more than 70 M$‚ in the next 3 years through the retraining of chemical prediction models distributed on the Edge. The project, in addition to being a success for ACCIONA, represents an exponential leap in its race toward the digital transformation.

Results

ACCIONA expects to save more than $70 million in the first 3 years across its 89 desalination plants.

Autonomous Seismic Acquisition Device (ASAD) and Saudi Aramco Geophysical Robot (SAGR)

Description

Aramco has developed innovative solutions to support sustainable exploration for energy. ASAD is an innovative robotics solution that support seismic data exploration as well as shallow geohazard imaging. While SAGR leverages AI to enable efficient seismic exploration, supporting ASAD, and developing applications that will contribute in mining and hydrogen exploration.

Results

Aramco has successfully trialed SAGR and achieved unprecedented accuracy in aerial imagery. They are currently planning our first commercial field trial with 20 ASAD units. This trial is conducted as an internal product with Saudi Aramco to support the development of the technology. Aramco estimates the improvement of the field operations performance of 20%.

ElIoT + Centro Integrado de Movilidad (CIM) (Integrated Mobility Centre)

Description

Repsol has deployed over its +3.200 oil stations an IoT system (ElIoT), creating the first fully connected and smart network, that provides real time information from the assets, improving operations and reducing the carbon footprint. CIM combines this information from ElIoT with other sources, to grant full assets availability, an excel customer experience, optimization of costs and efficiency.

Results

One of the results of the ELIOT+CIM is the reduction of maintenance costs by 10% by reducing travel and remote operation, anticipating breakdowns and predictive maintenance, along with the electricity costs reduction.

Description

Vicki Smart Radiator is tailored specifically to improve energy efficiency, achieve substantial cost savings, and reduce the CO2 footprint within all types of buildings through its remote temperature control capabilities and innovative data analytics.

Results

The Vicki LoRaWAN® Smart Radiator Thermostat is saving on average 35% of the energy consumption, reducing heating costs and simplifying sustainability reporting

The Allorado Gateway transforms 16.000 m² of office buildings into a smarter campus

Description

A private LoRa network is rolled out using the Allorado Gateway. Various LoRa sensors gather electricity meter readings. Water meters are connected over M-Bus and a connection was made to the PV installation over Modbus. All data is integrated locally into the building management system via BACnet and sent to a dashboard for easy overview. The Allorado Gateway powers this multi-protocol deployment.

Description

SkinGuard is a computer-vision smartphone-based application utilizing cutting-edge machine learning technologies to identify malignant skin lesions with an accuracy above 96%. It was fully developed and implemented by Topazium and it is intended for easy diagnosis of diseases like melanoma to help practitioners (especially GPs) identifying the disease in its early stage.

Results

SkinGuard App performance has attracted a top-5 dermatology corporation and we are negotiating a long-term partnership with them. It has also attracted different institutions asking us to develop similar solutions customized to their medical field: we have reached agreements with a multinational pharma as well as with a diagnostics laboratory in the USA for a total value of nearly 500K eur.

Maxsens (Musculoskeletal Activities Sensing System)

It has driven a significant increase in revenues, thanks to the introduction of additional services, policy customisation and improved customer retention. It has also reduced operating costs by streamlining claims and maintenance processes. This has strengthened Hello Auto’s financial position and improved its profitability.

Green Connection: IoT in Forest Management

Description

Effortech has developed ICON satellite communication devices and chose Iridium as partners for their high availability, global coverage, and low communication latency facilitated by their use of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites. Our devices optimize 4G cellular network connections, providing customers with more efficient global connectivity.
